The natural conditions of this territory —with an average altitude of 900 meters— together with our traditional cultivation system allow us to produce a fruity and aromatic olive oil, that is rich in oleic acid and polyphenols, and is a source of provitamin A and vitamin E. It also has the stability provided by its origin in the Picual olive, which is known to maintain its organoleptic and sensory properties for a longer period of time than other varieties.
