Gnocchi with Romesco Sauce

 Simple steps:

  1. Boil the gnocchi until they float, drain the water, and add olive oil to the pan
  2. Lightly fry the gnocchi so it is crispy on the outside
  3.  Pour Romesco Sauce on top, stir until it heats up, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. ENJOY!
